To stand behind the quality of the work delivered through our platform, we have established the Nexerv INSURED promise. This is our commitment to you that every job is done right.


1. Our 28-Day Service Warranty

We provide a standard 28-day warranty on all repair services* completed and paid for through the Nexerv platform, effective from the date of service completion.

  • What it Covers: This comprehensive warranty covers both the quality of the professional's workmanship and the performance of any parts they supply and install for the specific repair.
  • Our Promise: If the same issue reoccurs within the 28-day warranty period due to a fault in the professional's work or a defect in a supplied part, we will arrange for a follow-up visit to rectify the problem at no additional service charge.
  • Scope: The warranty is strictly limited to the specific parts and labor associated with the original booking. For example, if a professional repairs a leak in your AC, the warranty covers that specific repair, not a new issue that appears in PCB of your AC.

*Certain services, such as cleaning, are excluded from this warranty. Please see Section 3 for a full list of exclusions.


2. Our Refund & Resolution Policy

Our primary goal is to ensure your issue is resolved successfully and to your satisfaction.

  • Resolution First: If you are not satisfied with the initial service or if the issue reoccurs within the 28-day warranty period, our first and foremost step is to dispatch a professional to diagnose and correct the problem.
  • Conditions for a Refund: In the rare event that the original issue cannot be resolved to a satisfactory standard even after a follow-up attempt, we will initiate a refund for the service.
  • Refund Calculation: Your refund will be the full service amount you paid, minus a non-refundable Booking & Diagnostic Fee (Generally ₹300/-). This standard fee covers the professional's travel, time, and initial diagnostic efforts, which are integral to every service call.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. General Exclusions & Limitations

The Nexerv Assured promise does not cover issues arising from:

  • Non-Warranty Services: Services such as general home cleaning, deep cleaning, and other specified non-technical services are provided on an as-is basis and are not covered under the 28-day service warranty.
  • New or Unrelated Defects: Problems that are separate from the original scope of work.
  • Customer-Supplied Parts: We cannot warranty the quality or suitability of parts provided by the customer.
  • Improper Use or Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or modification by the customer or a third party after the service has been completed.
  • Pre-existing Conditions: Issues related to underlying problems that were not part of the original service request (e.g., faulty home wiring causing an appliance to fail after a simple repair).
  • Force Majeure: Unforeseeable circumstances such as floods, power surges, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To ensure a swift resolution, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Should an issue reoccur, you must notify Nexerv Customer Support via our website or helpline within 48 hours of first noticing the problem. All claims must be initiated within the overall 28-day warranty period.
  2. Provide Details: Please have your Booking ID ready and provide a clear description of the issue, including photos or videos if possible, to help us understand the problem.
  3. Review & Action: Our support team will review your claim and coordinate with you to arrange for a professional to re-visit your location at a convenient time.
