1. Agreement and Definitions

These Terms apply to all customers utilizing our home services platform (the "Services").

• Nexerv: Refers to the company, acting as the **managed service provider** that operates the platform and manages the network of professionals.
• Professional: Refers to the independent contractor or employee within Nexerv’s **managed network** who performs the physical service.
• Booking: A request placed by the customer for one of the services offered by us.

2. Service and Booking Process

The service process is defined by the following digital workflow:

1. Service Location: All services are limited to the currently specified operational area (Ludhiana, Punjab).

3. Payments and Cancellations

A. Pricing and Payment:

Prices for services are clearly displayed on the platform prior to booking. Payment is typically processed after the job is completed, unless otherwise agreed.

B. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are permitted, but may incur fees if the Professional has already accepted the job or has traveled a significant distance to the service location.

Users must use the Services lawfully and ethically. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Punjab, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
